Last Will and Testament
Your last will and testament specifies who will be in charge of your estate when you die and who will receive your assets. It also specifies who will care for your minor children and who will manage their inheritance.  The will allows you to determine how your assets will be distributed.  If you have a disabled child, the will can provide for assets to be left to that child without affecting his or her government benefits.Without a will, New York State will make these decisions for you. The only way to have peace of mind and control over your assets is to create a will.Upon your passing, your Last Will & Testament will be admitted to probate whereupon the Court will appoint the executor of your estate. The executor is then responsible for administering your estate according to your will.Call 631-581-1700 or contact us online to schedule an appointment.
