After earning her JD Degree from St. John's University in 1978, Andrea started her practice in 1979. Since then, she has represented her clients in all aspects of civil practice.
Currently, Andrea focuses on legal services concerning all areas of elder law. This allowed her to fully realize her passion for helping people with their legal needs.
Throughout the decades of her service, she has spoken extensively to community groups concerning elder law matters. Andrea has been an active member of the following professional organizations:
· New York State Bar Association
· Suffolk County Bar Association
· General Practice Section of the NYSBA
· And each Bar Association's Elder Law committees
Andrea Mottola is a general practice attorney. She concentrates in elder law which encompasses preservation of assets, Medicaid applications, wills, and estates.
Adam joined the firm in 2005 after receiving his JD from Hofstra University. Adam concentrates his practice in real estate landlord-tenant matters, and elder law. He is known for aggressively representing his clients in court.
Adam makes sure to treat each client with exceptional, and attention, and respect,
